Health & Safety

Safety is the priority and our wide range of scaffolding services are fully compliant with (TG20:13 good practice guidance) & SG4-working at heights. All our scaffolders are trained and certified by the CITB and are under continuous training to keep up with ever-changing regulations and safety procedures.

We work to the health and safety legal requirements set by HSWA (Health and safety at work act 1974).

Tool box talks are carried out throughout the job, keeping our operatives up to date with the job specific RAMS (risk assessment & method statement).

We will always try to source a solution that works for everyone and passes the check list of TG20:13(good practice guidance for tube and fitting, designed by NASC). However, if a more specialised scaffold is needed then it can be calculated and designed via our external engineer.

All our scaffolders are trained and certified by the CITB and are under continuous training to keep up with ever-changing regulations and safety procedures. At Medway Scaffolding Solutions, we work stringently to RAMS, TG20:13, SG4 and other safety measures including COSHH.

Medway Scaffolding Solutions recognises that the success of the company is based on adhering to all health and safety legislation and construction industry requirements.

Pro-active

Medway Scaffolding Solutions Ltd has taken the bold step to eliminate all 6.4m (21’) tubes, lowering the potential risk of an accident whilst erecting and dismantling scaffolds. We believe these hazards involved together with the manual handling of the 6.4m tube near public highways and those typically tight spaces in and around domestic & commercial properties are simply unacceptable.
